By enrolling, you agree to manage your monthly JCPU utility bill delivery via one(1) email address.

Once your Email account is registered, the default is PAPERLESS - you will no longer receive a copy of your bill in the mail!!

Check the “Receive Paper Bill?” box to view your bill electronically AND continue to receive a bill in the mail.

After you enroll, an email notification will be sent each month when your bill is issued. You can log into this site to view the current bill and previous billing history.Please allow up to 45 days for your first monthly email notification and electronic bills to begin.

If you mail a payment, please return the payment slip of the bill to ensure proper posting to your account.


If you have multiple accounts, remember to register all of them.
